Common questions

Managing your subscription

Subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google, depending on which platform you purchased on.

On iPhone (iOS):

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name at the top (Apple ID)
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find Pesos to Dollars and tap to manage

On Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile picture
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  4. Find Pesos to Dollars and tap to manage

If you have a billing question, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly — we do not have access to your payment details.

Restore a previous purchase

If you have reinstalled the app or switched devices, tap Restore Purchasesin the app's Settings tab. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
